RD 10/12/01 -- no AD yet???

Hi,

My RD is 10/12/01 at Vermont.

There was an RFE that was asked and INS received the reply to the RFE on 01/03/2003.

Does anybody know how long INS takes after they receive the replies to the RFE to make a decision to the case. One of my friend whose RD was 10/8/01 also got an RFE but he already got his AD two months ago!!!

Can anybody throw some light as to why my case might be taking this much time?

it varies....

I have seen people get approved in 2 weeks after replying to an RFE. And then there are others where it will take a few months to see the approval. You are probably very close....

My case RD is 10/22/01. Received REF Dec 12, 2002. Still Waiting. I donot know why it takes so long. Have you got approved yet? What does your attorney say?
