RD 10/11/01, ND 11/28/01, still no EAD

My 485 RD 10/11/01, ND 11/28/01, but still no EAD yet, what is going on?
My 140 is for CP,but i applied 485 for AOS, could this be the reason?
Shall I also expect a delay in my 485 approval?
