my case was approved around 10/07 (since it is the date that a notice was sent out per AVM). My rd is 10/04, and number is

while relieved, I have a couple of questions for these very helpful folks on this message board.
(1) A couple of weeks ago, I sent out a same questions. I was laid off in August, and was worried about RFE. While I do have a couple of job offers, I don't want to start working immediately.
So I am now still in the vacation mood
. Given that the green card was approved, do I have any obligation to start working sooner? What if I stay out-of-job serveral more months longer, would INS think my green card a possible fraud, given it is employment based?
(2) Since the case was approved while I am out of US, I hear from murthy's talk, that my passport will be stamped when entering into US, instead of in INS local office. Is it correct? Is there any time frame that I should enter US after approval?
(3) May I claim unemployment benefit now? Would it jepodize green card?
