RD 09/09/2002 recd. 2nd FP notice

Guys my online status still says old message but yesterday in mail I have received my 2nd finger printing notice the FP date is 05/14/02. i am in Richmond, VA & nearest INS office is Norfolk,VA. Does anyone knows whether I can take early FP.
