Hi,
My 485 was approved on Jul 4 2005 and i got the email on Jul 5.
The message changed to "card ordered today"
Though i am waiting for my spous'e approval.

Hi,
I am in a similar situation.
Mine is a substitute labor with priority date June XX, 2000 and i filed my 485 in Aug 2004(EB3)and I-140 is approved(Non-Concurrent).
My spouse is coming to US this week and i am applying for AOS(lawyer has sent the documents).
Will i have any problems as my H1 is expiring in May 27 2005, but i still have one year left on my H1 and company is not willing to do an extension and wants me to use my EAD.

Any advise on this will be helpful.

Did you have any RFE/RFIs on your 485 application?

Gurus, does this mean that the adjudicating officers are working on a set of applications for whom the visas have already accounted for?

when is mine?

Hi, I am not sure what my PD is? I cheked the I-140 notice. It says PD is April 2003.
My I-140 was approved on Jan 05, 2005.
Now my I-485 LUD is changing today.

Rams, Do you have any idea about my case?
 
Great News - NEW HOPES

EB3 Approval after July 1 indicates that INS is approving application irrespective of the buliteen dates. That is a good news.
I see lot of postings here .. states that customer representatives mentioned that approval will not stop after july 1st.

I guess this is true.. and

Question ?
Is visa # assigned when the 485 is applied. Any idea ????
 
Hi supply_demand,
I did not have any RFE , gave my finger prints on Apr 23, FP receivedmsg on 4/30 and there were some LUD's on 4/28,4/29,4/30,5/2,5/3 and in the last week of June i applied for my 2nd EAD to keep a same margin of 90+ days.

Waiting for spouse's I 485 approval

I also got my 485 approval 2 weeks ago but waiting for spouse. Do we need to follow it?
