Guys, finally I got an RFE yesterday. I checked my online status this afternoon and found that an RFE was issued yesterday. Details not known yet. I will post it just as soon as I receive them.

I placed a call in to my attorney and waiting for the details. It is surprising to know that NSC is doing some work during the holiday season. Well, good luck to all.
 
ya sometime they surprise me. my lawyer send INS the RFE response on 17th today online got updated saying "on 19th we received ..."

Talk to IIO this afternoon, my case is assigned to officer 2 weeks back itseems, how many days will it be for approval, any feed back appreciated.

my case was assigned to the officer during first week of nov. when u ask the iio the reply is depending upon the work load of the officer and now we donot know when the approvals will start again
