RD:08/00 ND 09/00 Spoke with an IIO

My 485 RD is 08/00 and ND is 09/00. Just now I spoke with an IIO regarding my case status info. She told that they are processing March\'2000 cases and it may take few more months to reach my case as there are 6 months cases in between. She is very polite and very much informative. AVM says my case not found. When I asked her about that, she told it happens some times with some cases (due to soem system porblem or so) and she said she will try to add my case to the AVM.

Did she give you an idea about, how is backlog for cases between
Mar00 - Sep00? Did you ask her?

No I didnot ask her. She said it will take few more months to reach my case.I was happy that they officially started processing March cases. That put me feel happy. I know my case is not close at all, but just tried to find out my case status as AVM is saying case not found.

based on the data on immitracker it looks like the volume is very very low, hopefully we should see things move rapidly

Based on my knowledge regarding the Priority Cut off date regresion
for Indian and Chinese occurred in April, 2000. I believe that there
are very few applications filed for Indian and Chinese during the period of April, 2000 to Sept, 2000. If I was right, we will see
approvals for those cases of August, 2000 pretty soon.

What is your expection?

Yeah good if it moves that fast. I\'m already ina limbo situation where my company does not pay me.
Based upon the data from Immitracker they shoud be processing my case (ND 11/00) somewhere
in July (wishful maths).
