MY CASE - EAC03197***** was approved on 04/18/04. Concurrent filing of 140/485. No RFE. Now comes the long wait. Maybe I will check back after one year! on my 485 status.

I haven't received any fingerptinting notice yet.

My Labor also got approved somewhere in April 2004. And since my attorney is v.slow i am STILL in the process of preparing the documents and planning to file 140 and 485 concurrently.

1. Based on you knowledge can you please tell me how much long i have to wait for I-140 Approval after filing ?

2. Within how many days do you get notice for Finger Printing? I am sorry i do not have much knowledge on how this works..
