Congratulation
Do you have any idea why it was delayed? Did you process your I140 from different sevice center? Please post your experience. How many times you talked to IIO or checked AVM ? Just curious. My RD is 7/5/2001.

My I-140 was approved by NSC. My attorney called IIO twice to check the status and was told our I-485 case was assigned to an officer on july 1, 2002. Don't know why it took longer time to get through. maybe the officer is not so efficient. I checked AVM every night. just heard the case was approved on 09/10/2002 yesterday. Seems like they update AVM everyday.
