RD 06/03, No FP yet

They are lucky and some of us (02,03) are out of luck! Its like Lotto. If you have not got 1FP notice yet. You need to contact your lawyer or make an enquiry yourself regarding FP.

Send a fax enquiry. You can find FAX number on USCIS website. This may trigger FP notice.
