My I-485 was approved today 08/02 as per the Phone message. IIO put me on hold for almost 1 1/2 hours so I checked the message.

Mine and My Wife\'s 485 was approved today as per the Phone message.

Congratulations! Could you let us know what the RFE was about? Are you NIW and was your RFE related to that. Please let us know. I am EB2 NIW and awaiting receipt of RFE (automated message changed to RFE sent on 8/1). Worried about what the RFE is about.

Mine was not a NIW case. Just EB2 India.
RFE was for 4 things.

1. Employment letter establishing current pay.
2. Last 3 pay stubs.
3. 1999 W2
4. Form G-329A filled out.
