Every week Emailed and faxed the FBI with expedite request.
Sent normal USPS mail to William Hooton on 11/30/2004
Name check cleared on 12/10/2004 and received an email informing the same on 12/11/2004

That would be really helpful. I've sent 2 emails (Nov 16th, and Dec 20th) no response yet. Would like to send a fax and a third email next week.

Dear Mr.William Hooton:

I am the primary applicant for an Adjustment of Status (I-485) application pending with the USCIS Vermont Service Center. Sir, it's been more than 4 years since we started our immigration process and are still waiting for our final applications to get approved by USCIS. On my status enquiry with USCIS, I have been informed that processing of my application has been delayed due to delays in security checks from the FBI. Also sir, upon my FOIPA request from FBI, I received a “no records” response from the department and I am enclosing the letter along with this request for your kind attention.

This long wait is taking a heavy toll on me and my family. All our plans were on hold for the last 2 years and still hoping to experience the American dream.
