RD 01/02, FD 03/02, no ND, Any Idea

Dear All,
In my I-485, RD is 01/02, FD 03/02. But I did not receive receipt notice. Is it possible that I use the finger print to apply the EAD and AP. or I have to use the receipt notice to apply the EAD and AP.

EAD and AP can be applied for without the notice.

Most people apply for EAD and AP with their 485 package.
