I just wanted to let you guys know that, an RFE has been issued in my case on 07/02/2003.

They were requesting for Employment verification letter and 2 months of Paystubs.

RD 01/02/2002; ND 01/14/2002; FP 05/17/2002; RFE 07/02/2003
 
Congrats, at least you have some movement in your case. Plus your finger print won't expire next month.
 
Eventhough no/few approval these days, you should be happy that some get RFE since these cases are moving forward.
 
Send the documents requested immediately. You have a little over a month left before you FP results expire. Good Luck.
 
RFE looks better than 2nd FP [w.r.t wait time]
Get your employment letter/paystubs and count your days..

Is FP valid for 18 months or 15 months?

Sounds like you guys are saying 15 months, I was under the impression that it's valid for 1 and half year.

15 months. If BCIS hasn't processed your case by 8/17, you will
get a 2nd fp notice(that can come months later) and that's the worst scenario.
