rcvd a letter fron INS

I rcvd a letter saying "we rcvd change of request...pls fill out proper forms AC21-AR11.....bla-bla.....I never moved...no job change ...nothing.....
I dont know what to do....lawyer is not returning my call.....

Is this letter related to your I485 application? I mean does that letter mentions your I-485 receipt number anywhere? It's important to talk to your lawyer, in case he/she screwed up something. In the worst case, write a letter to INS that you never moved, never changed job. Attach EVL, current paystubs alongwith -as proof.
