Rcvd 2nd FP notice

Me and my wofe rcvd our 2nd FP notices. Online messages are way outdated.

Incidentally 5 days ago my lawyer mailed response to the RFE.

Any WAC 03 with a similar experience in the recent past ?

Looks like your RD is in Dec' 02. If it is indeed your second FP, I would think it is an unnecessary procedure as your first FP has not expired yet. Your case can be adjudicated right away. Unfortunately some folks with WAC 01 and early WAC 02 are still waiting for FP notices long after thier last ones expired.

I was really surprised to see the 2nd FP notice cause it's just been 13 months and 23 days since my first FP.

Isn't the thread you suggested related to RFE's exclusively?
