7 30 am Lady said all applicants please come to window 4 and give appointment letter. she then gave us a social security form to fill and said take a seat. In literally five minutes, my name was called to window 5. The lady asked for all my documents. they were held to gether with a paper clip. she took the whole pile and started soughting through.
She then said why i didnt change my name on the passport.
She said " I dont think the consular officer will issue the GC in your maiden nme. she wills end u back to get it changed first"
she made me sign the form again
Then this collection process took 35 minutes. She verified each line on form DS. she then opened the passport and correctly entered all the info about travel dates to US.
