Just spoke with IIO and learnt that they sent an RFE to my lawyer on Dec 28th. My lawyer is david kim at Goldstein and as you may be aware its very difficult to get hold of him. I have 2 doubts
1. If the RFE was 140 ammendment, does the lawyer file ammended 140 or do they give explanation first?
2. Also,How long does it take for final decision after Response is filed?
