As Rapidigm withdraws H-1 after 6 months of filing for AOS, we are facing lots of issues for transit visas.
Almost all countries require transit visa if travelling on AP.
We should ask immigration dept to keep our H-1's alive else problems faced are:
1) Need to get transit visa--most countries require applications in person
2) This means 2-3 days vacation because many of us dont live close to the consulates. Client may not agree...
3) Travel due to emergency may longer be possible.
