i won the 2005 dv visa program and i want to know if i will be called for interview bc ours will be ending soon.My case number is 27 thousand something (27k hundred and ...).On the current bulletin Nigeria is at about 14k something.

Are you sure it is DV2005 If that is the case it is, how should I say it, tooooooo late.
If you meant DV2007, the cut-off number for Nigeria in July is 16,150. Your case is not current yet.
check this site http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3236.html every 15th of every month to check if your case is current.
For your case to be current your case number should be below the cut-off number

sorry i made mistake it is DV 2006 as againt 2007.

current process is DV2007. 2006Dv process ended up last year september are you sure of 2006DV.
