Dear all,
Today I found some free time for fun with TSC I-485 script.
My RD and ND for I-485 is July 5, 2002 (please don't ask why my RD is same as ND).
I ran script for about 200 cases around my case. Followings are my observation.
1. Out of 200 cases I ran script for, there are only 9 cases for AOS
2. Most of the cases were I-765 some got approved within one and half month and some are still pending and some got denied
or RFEd etc.
3. There were numerous (many many) TPS cases
4. There were many- I-130 cases
5. Lots of them are OS155 A cases (I think renewal of green card)
I can say following thing for sure.
1. TSC mail room being far away from processing center is a VERY BIG factor behind our miseries.
2. 50% workload TSC has is for EAD and green card renewal, what this means is that there is far less load for I-485, of course least priority for man power allocation
(New fillers if you can survive without EAD don't apply for it)
3. Mail room contractor does lots of mess right from beginning and this is randomness in TSC processing pattern
4. Lots of EAD cases needed RFE., therefore new fillers don't be in hurry submit all papers so that man power work hours can be saved for better use of I-485 cases.
5. Lots of TPS cases got transferred to local office and some got even denied. I don't know much about TPS (I think these are asylum cases), I can’t comment on that.
6. If you don't need to call IIO please don't call. This is my fourth year in USA and right from beginning one or other application is pending with TSC but I have never called any IIO.
CALLING IIO is not a fun you like to do.
7. Out of 9 I-485 cases received on July 5, 2002, two are transferred to local service centers.
I hope soon they may take I-485 as a priority load.
Thanks to you all,
Good luck
