I have been in USA for last 8 1/2 years. Presently I am on EAD. H1B has not been continued.
1. There is a need to go out of the country for a year or so.
Hence I would like to know the ramifications of pulling out
i485.
2. If GC is pending H1B can not be applied, is it true?
If so, how to make sure that the i485 application has been pulled out.
3. If I leave the country today, Oct 20, 2005, when will I be eligible to apply for H1B?
Would it possible to do it next year in April-May time frame, with a start date after October 20, 2006?
