RAJU / ALREN etc - Employment Letter

Mine is a NIW case and have applied for CP at Mumbai.

Since NIW case is independent of any employer,

1. Do I need an employment letter? - I guess so, just to prove that I am currently employed with someone. Anyway, please confirm this.

2. Can you suggest what the contents of employer letter be?

Does it need to be a simple one like ABC is currently employed with us as.....with an annual salary of $$$$. He is currently working on research of ..... ( very briefly, perhaps 3-4 lines) and a very valued member of our team.

Or

Please suggest how else it should be.

Thanks

{My response may not be of much help to you}

{I do not have experience with National Interest Waiver cases. I would
assume you would need an employment letter from the agency for whom
you are currently working or associated with.}

2. Can you suggest what the contents of employer letter be?

{This is again an assumption. This letter should be more comprehensive
than the regular employment letter, clearly stating your qualifications in your line, your contributions to the field etc. }

{It would definitely help if some NIW candidates offer their suggestions on this subject}

Thanks

My I-140 has already been approved.

Hence, I really do not understand your point that my current employer should "praise" me in the employment letter. We are not going to start all over again by trying to prove my ability and how "great" I am which has already been done in the I-140.

This is just my honest question and am not trying to berate your opinion.

{Tell me, why they should say you are a very valued memeber of their team? }

Please suggest how else it should be.

Since you have specifically used my name, I responded with my opinion. If you read my response carefully you would see that I have stated clearly that I do not have experience with this type of category.
