Hi Guys,
I pled no contest to 2 misdemeanor charges of battery and got probation of 1 year with Adjudication withheld in the state of Florida. According to the lawyers, I can legally say that I was not convicted.
Does this mean that my N400 could possibly be denied even if I was not convicted and successfully completed the probation. I have no convictions, and in my 5 years as a PR, I only had these 2 charges against me.
Thanks.
