My question:

- is I-485 processing like FIFO(1st in 1st out)irespective of EB1/2/3 category and PD ?If so, someone posted OCT\'99(RD/ND)...Does that mean VSC is processing I-485 applied during that period?

Even though processing is done on FIFO basis, one\'s PD has to be current to adjudicate the 485. I guess the postings of OCT\'99(RD/ND) must be of EB3 category people whose PD became current last month. Of course!! there might some Company merger/Name changes cases which were hold before AC21 memo was released....
