Greetings
My spouse has an R1 visa and will be terminating employment with her organization. The organization has been flagged by the INS FDU and my spouses file also came under their scrunity.
Although FDU did not alledge anything against my spouse, the organization sponsoring the R1 is under investigation.
I have a H1 status. The organization sponsoring the R1 have a lawyer that advised that the non-super essential persons be discharged from their duties. My spouse is one of those.
We are both in the US. Will there be any trouble for my spouse to get an H4 visa since her file is now stamped with the FDU flag?
