Post the case of my spouse for your attention and help
Our case of I-485 was filed to Lincolne Nebraska first. for some reason, her case was filed later. In Aug, 2002, my case was approved( I am the main applicant). But when we called to fellow her case, the AVM said the case was transferred to Dallas, TX. ( She is a F1 in UT now).
Q:
1)how long does it take for this kind of case to be processed?
2)Does she need an interview? or the reason of transferring is to set up an interview?
