Yes, she is my daughter as well, does this change anything?

The I-130 was held up because they said the petitioners income is not sufficient and a co-sponsor would be needed (even though my daughter's income was just above the guidlines).

If she goes to the I-730 interview, will this cause a problem?

Hi everyone,

My spouse was granted UNHCR refugee status in 2011 and his application for asylum in the United States was approved in December 2019. We married in March 2019.
We've previously submitted an i730 petition, however I'm concerned that we've submitted the wrong petition.
Are we in right track?
