I would like to find out if, and how, one can recoup old priority date from past immigration application. For my case I recall that my Labor Cert came through before the year 2000, but I am not quite sure about my I-140.
i.e. if it was filed/approved or not.
Is there a way to find out if I-140 was filed on my behalf? (Past employer's HR is not interested in responding to my queries
). Also, what are the pre-requisites for recouping that priority date? (i.e.without which it is hopeless to even try for recouping that priority date)
