It could be they were updating the AVM for certain casesand must have not finished with it.Try a little early in the morning you get the AVM easily,these days atnight there is a busy tone just as in the day time.From the msgs posted here and in my own case I have seen that it takes minimum 7 days to 10 days for AVM to say RFE received.
If it takes more than that time means you may have to resmail telling them that as they have not received the first you have to use copy of RFE.

Me too. This is after submitting the RFE for myself alone.
Along with me, for my wife also the message is changed to
"The case number EAC-bul-abu-labu cannot be found at this time."
since last time.
Well I guess this is a good news, since for all the people who have
done their RFE submission, INS is reviewing this finally before
approval.
Any experienced folks, please advice.

Same case here too. I checked yesterday night and today morning it says \'Cannot be found at this time\'. I think there is some problem with that IVR system.

Could you please post why did you redo your FP. Is it because your first FP validity went beyond 15 months time frame.
