"Minimum salary"

Hi,

I would really apprecaite if someone can calrify what does "Minimum annual salary" mean or what is the significane of this because my Employment Verification Letter from the company says "THis is to confirm **** *** Memeber of **** *** at a Minimum annual salary of **** is a continuing offer"

I am worried about the "Minimum annual salary" word in the letter, will it effect my chances of getting GC. Please advice if so I will wait till I get a hike and will cancel my present interview.

It probably means you cannot get less than that number.
Please compare it with LC figure. If the employment verification letter\'s salary is below LC\'s salary you may have problems.

What is the LC figure for EB2 category

I checked with my lawyer and she told me that your Employment Verfication letter should state a minimum salary equivalent or more than the LC figure.If it is less than that then you may have a problem.

Do u guys know the LC figure for EB2 category.Does it depend on the state where u are working?
