"Decision Letter" what could it mean?

I checked my case status at VSC over the phone and it said......... " a decision letter has been mailed on 10/17/00........ what does it mean? I remember when i used to check my H1 approval status over the phone and it said " this case has been approved" right away when my application was approved. Could this message mean (1)My case is denied? (2) there\'s a problem in my case? (3) this is the new message for approval?... so confused. Please help.

It means an intent to deny notice has been sent. That\'s nothing to worry about ... your lawyers will take care of it but would you be kind enough to post the reason, once you get the notice? Also, could you post some details about your case?
