I have a question..
I became US citizen in July 2009.
I got married in January 2008 - to my wife who is also in USA on H-1 visa.
I filed I-130 for my wife in June 2008 which is now approved. I have also filed for I-765 and I-485 in September 2009 and am now waiting for Finger Printing.
In short, my wife is waiting for both EAD and Green Card - based on marriage.
My question is -
Will there be any problem in getting green-card if my wife (civil engineer) quits job voluntarily[i-485 is pending] - prior to getting Green Card approval?
Could anybody please advise?
 
There will be no problem since her I-485 is not based on employment. She will remain in a valid immigration status after she quits her job.
