Hello,
My wife quit her job on H1-B because of certain issues at her work. She was approved in 2005 so she still has about 1.5 years left on her H1-B. She is desperately looking for a job.
My question is
1. How many days does she have until she has to change her status to H4
2. If she gets a job later, will she be subject to the H1-B cap if she is on H4.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
