quit after ac21

Hi,
I am about to get my green card (NC etc cleared and case is assigned to an IO) in a few weeks. However, I am miserable at work and can not take any more exploitation from my employer. I have seen threads here that mention that one may need to stick with the employer for a few months after green card to show the "intent".
My question is this: If I use AC21 to change employer rightnow before getting the green card (I am past 6 months from RD timeframe), will i still need to stick with the new employer (not the current one) for a few months after I get my green card using AC21. Can I not quit right after getting my green card at my new employer using AC21?
(I ask this becasue I really want to stop working for a while ASAP, as I have been so sucked out of my life at my current work that i do need a few months of healing period before I am again ready to be good at what I do).
I will appreciate any insights.

(ALl complicated stuff such as Namecheck, FP done and case assigned to IO. May get approved within a few weeks.)

what i understand is this:
it may be a good idea to use ac21 because that will eliminate the requirement to serve after you get GC. infact some lawyers suggeest to use it. As soon as you use ac21, that 6 months serve requirement disappears. only you make sure job is identical.

Actually there is no requirement on how long you have to stay with an employer after getting GC, either the previous one or your new employer after using AC21. However, if USCIS asks, you must be prepared to demonstrate that you had the intention to work for that employer permanently at the time of filing. Obviously leaving immediately after GC makes it difficult to establish your case, although not impossible because things do change.
