Quick REF & LUD Question

The LUD on my case changed several times before BCIS sent me a RFE and the LUD changed again once after the day the RFE was sent.

What does it mean?
 
They are working on your case.......probably. In my case, just putting some more dust from their farm on to my file.

hang on guys ...many a times the dealing hand is on vacation or moved to some other dept ..that is why there is some delay ...but do not worry ..it will be a happy ending...just bit late... :) :)
