Quick Questions: NEW A# after application for I485?

I have applied in November for adjustment of status (and all other forms: I-130, 131, 485, 765) and I received NOAs for each one of them.

Question 1:
Initial of my middle name is absent on my husband's I-130. Should I call to have them correct this?

Question 2:
My 485 has a totally new A# (I am on OPT hence I had an A# before applying for adjustment). Is this normal? Should I call to report this to be corrected?
