My wife and I are going to Toronto next week and are using teh 30 day auto revalidation law.

Is it ok to say that the purpose of visit is to complete the canadian immigration process or could that cause a problem at the US immigration?

Thanks

surf_smarter,

Please share your experience once you come back from Toronto after the landing as I intend to do the same sometime in May-June.
BTW, are you driving or flying to Canada?

Good Luck,

Thanks,

Yes I will share my experiance upon return. i am flying to Buffalo and then driving to Toronto. I decided to do it this way after reading opinions here on this site and a friend of mine just came back after the visa stamping and he had done it the same way. (Although he flew back fom Toronto instead of driving) He says everything went very smooth. Except for the lady at the US consul who asked too many questions in the interview. He did finally get the visa after a 30 day sec check wait. btw this friend of mine is from Pak.

I don't think there is any wait or problems for Indian nationals.
