Hi there.
I have some family in Australia so I believe I would be entitled to go and live there pernamently but its really the USA that I want to get into so can I move over to Australia to live and work then apply for the lottery program or must I become an Australian Citizen in order to do that. If thats the case its probably not worth the hassle of going down that route.
