As some of you might remember, my EB1-EA case (PP) was denied at NSC after RFE. I have decided to e-file my case and it has been assigned to TSC. I am currently working on the preparation of my documents. I am going to use all (most) of the letters that I used for my NSC case. My question is-

Most of the letters written by experts has Nebraska Service Center in the address. Does that matter when I am submitting copies of the same letters to Texas. Is it OK that it is addressed to NSC but we are filing to TSC. I am afraid that I can't ask the folks who wrote the letter to re-draft....

Please offer your helpful suggestions...Thank you very much.

I think the address should not MATTER.

My letters were addressed to VSC and NSC. My EB1 was approved by TSC.

It does NOT matter. Mine were all addressed to TSC (as I got them before April 1st, 2006) and filed the petition to NSC as the rule changed. Now theoritically you are supposed to send them to NSC, you are not supposed to know that your e-filing would go to TSC :) so you are fine.
