I'm planing to do AOS perhaps sometimes next summer. Does it matter when you send back form DS230 or 122 to KCC as long as your # has not been reached? Like my # is forty thou plus what different will it make between me (i will send mine next year) and somebody who has a close # and sent the forms back immediately.
Secondary I would like to use a USCIS office very far from my zip code but the same state because my lawyer lives there. Will this be a big issue because there is another office within my zip code?
