Quick Question I-134 Affidavit of Support (While Pending 485)

Hi All-

Inviting Parents Quick Q regarding affidavit of support

1) If your status is pending 485, what should be mentioned in the first section (Section 1)

Can I select option (d) which is:

If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the US give A#


Since I am not a Permanent Resident, Is that a valdi statement?


2) Do I need to send separate I-134 for Father & Mother?

Many ppl shared that they selected that option (LPR option even pending AOS) and wrote "A# 000-0000 (Pending 485/AOS)"

I strongly believe yes.

Correct, seperate I-134 for both/parents, or each person u are sponsering/supporting.
