I friend 140 denied, his layer is going Appeal?
one his 140 is denied, his in out status, when we appeal, his ead will be active again?
u can work with using old EAD?

I-140

EAD does not expire/cancel until I-485 is denied/rejected/revoked
So unless 485 gets rejected/revoked he is fine.

Can you tell , what reason his I-140 got denied?

As long as you appeal for your I-140, your EAD is still valid until your appeal is denied. In other word, your EAD is valid with a pending I-140.
