My I-485 was rejected without case number assigned with the original packet sent in because of their mistake that EB2 visa number is not immediately available.
There is a question on I-485 form which asks if you have ever applied for permanent resident status. I am not sure which option I should choose : Yes or No.
This also applies to the travel document & work permit. Please help about this. Your time & effort are greatly appreciated!!!
