Quick question abt aos, dv 2010 winner with cn af7****

Hi, quick question for a friend on F1 in the US.
His CN is pretty high 2010AF72***, and he went for the AOS way (poor guy didnt know anything about this forum or about cutoffs for the DV lottery etc).
Anyway after discovering this forum, i'm thinking he may never be current. He is a 2010 winner.

Whats your take folks?

Hmmm..., with that CN, he may be current in September and I'm not sure if the rest of the AOS can be completed in one month for him to receive his visa. I can't say anything further.
 
Visa bullettin august

Hi all,
with the august visa bulletin putting AFRICA current upto 64300 for august, what is the chance of CN of 2010AF..7**** doing AOS from oklahoma city actually get that visa by september 30th?? I'm assuming his CN will be current in sept.

Any thoughts????? Thanks folks.
