Quick question about filling 485

Hi guys my EB1-EA finally got approved by NSC few days ago and I am getting ready to send my 485,EAD,AP to NSC. Heres the question. Seeing how slow things are in NSC, is there any way I can try to send it to TSC. I know it says to send it to NSC, but would they take it any way?

any idea?

Seems like we've been over this before... Official I-485 instructions (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485.pdf) say to file I-485 to NSC. If you file to TSC, they will most likely re-route your case back to NSC, especially since your EB1-EA had been approved there. Not a major problem though, just another delay.

Just my 2 cents. Of course, you do as you wish.

I sent it to TSC and they took it. I got the reciept notices from TSC and a couple of LUD's. My case is pretty simple maybe that's why they didn't bother to transfer it to NSC.

some people are waiting for years dude...

no feelings hurt, BUT most EB-1EA get approved pretty quickly. Either way i go tmy O-1 till 2008! no problem if they take their time!

Well, maybe TSC just took it, or maybe they re-routed it to NSC and NSC re-distributed it back to TSC (they distribute their entire workload between NSC and TSC, so there is 50% chance of that happening). We'll never know! :)

But that is really irrelevant now - congrats on ending up at TSC!!! And good luck with your case.
