Quick qstn on EAD application

Hi,

There is a question where it asks abt "dates" of previous EAD application. what date should I enter here? I'm renewing my EAD. Should I enter ND or RD or AD of previous EAD or all of those dates?

Appreciate anyone's quicker response. Need to apply tomorrow. Somehow forgot this field

I have renewed my EAD 2 times, both the times I used the AD.
