INS will issue a new visa category for JSP engineers!
The long wait for my greencard (and now my interview) made me think of many new and unimportant philosophical theories.
one theory I have conceived with my esteemed peers is that 90% of the I485 applicants are JSP engineers, and that actually it may be worth our while to appeal to congress and request a new employment visa category: H1-J. if it works, then we can request additional categories such as H1-J2EE and for employment immigration: EB-EJB.
