Quick photo reqs question

Hi!

I was wondering the photo requirements for the 2x2 photos say that the head should be between 25mm - 35mm from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin. So if someone has very large hair (like afro style) wouldn't this make the head very small? Is there a rule for the hair I mean how long or fluffy they should be? :D

p.s. I went to a photograher and I almost had a fight because he was telling me that the head is measure from the point where the forehead ends to the bottom of the chin.

just get a pic thats 2x2 and just make sure that ur head and face is visible. Don't worry so much about those specifications. U think the US embassy sits down and measures thousands of pics that they receive each day to make sure that the face is between whatever measurement they want it to be.
