Quick I-140 question ?

My I-140 was pending and my H1 expired. I left the job and the country.

Do I need my I-140 filing company's assistance if my I-140 gets approved after this point or can I just simply apply for 485?

Any ideas, please share.

Yes u need company employment offer letter stating that the job is still open for u to file 485 and need to be present in USA during the time of filing

If the job is from another employer who did NOT sponsor your I-140, then that another employer must restart the process (PERM and I-140). But you can recapture the PD of your old I-140 and expedite your GC process.
